Join the DAILY YOGA FIX monthly this gives you continuous access to the 100 plus videos and access to the 1 weekly LIVESTREAM sessions

Join the DAILY YOGA FIX 24 hr PASS this gives you 24 hours access to the 100 plus videos and access to a LIVESTREAM session if it falls within the 24 hour timeframe.

Each week 1 LIVE class is streamed from the studio at Thursday 7.45pm GMT
To join the class from the comfort of your own home.

We have a number of RECORDED courses to PRACTICE in your own time
1 to 1 Yoga
A YOGA sessions tailored for your individual needs. First you will be asked to fill in a questionannaire, then well arrange a time to meet online for 1hr 15 mins. The sessions will be recorded and available to you for 3 months to use as often as you like.
Postnatal Rebuild
6 week course for postnatal mums to re-strengthen your body , returning you to your pre-pregnancy state of better. Includes checking for Diastasis Recti (seperated tummy muscles and how bring back together and lots of pelvic floor work!
Body Basics
6 week course for BEGINNERS or anyone who has an INJURY and wants to get back into yoga, safely. During the 6 week course you will be taken on a journey through your body and discover how capable and wonderful it is!
Everyone will learn something new about their body!
Handstand Tutorial

4-week course, with 6 weeks of ACCESS, for those struggling with stress or anxiety. This course uses techniques to calm down the nervous system. At the end of the 6 weeks, you will feel like a new person!

The ultimate AT HOME COURSE, especially for the WINTER months, for those who need help to establish regular movement patterns and relaxation sessions into their day, at home.
